In this cathartic online session, we will uncover subconscious trauma through guided meditation practice.

Buried wounds often influence our behaviour, thoughts, and relationships. Recognising these wounds is the first step in choosing not to react when they get triggered.

What we will do together:

A guided meditation, consisting of visualisation techniques, to understand what past trauma is sabotaging you.

After the session you will have clarity on how this wound is influencing your life, so that with practice you can be less disturbed by it.
